If an extension has been created in an Infocaller line and it has been assigned to your email, you can receive VoIP calls in your Infocaller App.


Voip call reception is turned off by default. To turn it on, you have to activate this function by entering Settings /Call Control / VoIP Call Reception.




If your VoIP your extension is configured to allow call control (which it is by default) you can control the call from the APP. You are able to put the call on hold, call another extension, alternate between caller and extension and transfer the call to the new extension.
