User must have previously registered with Infocaller at or been added to the account by the account administrator at (Manage Users). 

Press CUSTOMER LOGIN, enter the email, Password and Phone Number of the phone you are using, and then press Login


If the phone number you are using is different from the phone number associated with your account, or if you are using an Authenticator App to verify your login, you will be prompted to enter the corresponding two-factor authentication code.

Infocaller App will then verify your phone number with a one-time code sent to you via SMS (or WhatsApp if it is your chosen method for two-factor authentication).  Enter the code received.

If your email is associated with more than one account, you will be asked to choose the account to which you want to associate this mobile number.

Then touch Verify to access the App
