If you change the SIM card of your mobile device to put another one with a different number, Infocaller App will remain linked to the phone number from the previous SIM card. To use the application, you must simply add the new phone number as explained in the section 'Add a phone number'.
Attention: If you lose your device and you want to block any access to Infocaller App, you have to simply change your password on our website. Thus, all sessions will have to be re-verified.
